JR has over 15 years of experience with software project management at a variety of professional services firms. He has managed software development projects of all sizes across many different industries. He’s seen first-hand how challenging managing technical projects can be, and has experienced the tremendous benefits of a Scrum process when done right. At Ascendle he has acted as both product owner and ScrumMaster, as well as being the company’s most experienced trainer and coach.
